今天收到來自美國的明信片~~
從字跡看來,看起來對方是個22歲的小妹妹~(22歲是她自己說的啦!!我不是神算!!哈哈!!)
看著她可愛的字跡,我想到自己國小開始學習ABC時,每個字母都寫得整整齊齊的模樣~真是可愛!!
 
她提到,她喜歡的東西有兩樣,分別是閱讀及"banoffee pie"!!
閱讀太過廣泛,或許是某門她很有興趣的學問,或許是引人入勝的課外讀物,也或許是漫畫小說....
另外一項比較引起我的興趣...那就是"banoffee pie"!!
 
banoffee是個我不認識的單字,經過查詢後我才了解...
原來這個字是來自"banana"和"toffee"!!
所以banoffee pie可以說是香蕉太妃糖派吧...^^
(Banoffee pie is an English pastry-based dessert made from bananas,
cream, toffee from boiled condensed milk (or dulce de leche), either
on a pastry base or one made from crumbled biscuits and butter. Some
versions of the recipe also include chocolate and/or coffee.
Its name is a portmanteau constructed from the words "banana" and "toffee".)
 
我回應了她我也是香蕉甜點的愛好者,但很可惜我只有吃過香蕉千層派,卻沒有吃過她推薦的banoffee pie...
 
或許或許,等哪天我又有機會飛美國一趟時,我也該去嚐嚐這美國當地小女孩推薦的banoffee pie唷!!
